We like to think Barrel Dogs started New Year’s Day 2014, when we picked up our first French Bulldog, Basil Hayden. Six months later we got our little Bordeaux. The name Barrel Dogs is derived from these two little squishy dumplings. Not only do these two have barrel shaped bodies, they are also both named after some of our favorite barrel-aged beverages.

We are totally obsessed with anything Frenchie! And we know we are not the only ones. We wanted to bring more fun Frenchie-themed things into this little world that we love and share with you all. We also wanted to be able to support charitable organizations that support this bulldogs community. Our hope is that Barrel Dogs will grow enough to give substantial amounts to the wonderful charities that do so much for dogs and dog lovers in need.
